About The Program

At Centurion Staffing, we reward loyalty, skill, and dedication. We believe those qualities should be celebrated. That’s why we created Centurion Rewards Program – a structured loyalty program that turns the hours you work into real rewards.

As you progress through each tier by accumulating total hours worked, you’ll unlock significant cash bonuses in addition to your usual hourly rate, celebrating your commitment and loyalty to Centurion Staffing. Every shift you take not only helps patients but also advances your standing as a Centurion— turning your dedication into tangible rewards.

Eligibility

Whether you earn these hours at one facility or across multiple facilities in a 12-month rolling period, each shift contributes to your progression towards the next tier.

  • All physicians are automatically enrolled in the Centurion Rewards Program.
  • Rewards are based on the total cumulative hours worked in a rolling 12-month period. Your “anniversary date” is the start date of your first assignment, and is the date used for all future reward calculations.
  • Bonuses are paid in the quarter following the one in which the required thresholds are met. For example, an anesthesiologist who completes 500 hours in the second quarter will receive a $5,000 loyalty bonus in the third quarter of the same year. Thresholds met in the fourth quarter will be paid in the first quarter of the following calendar year.
